The presentation opens with quick overviews of ANG’s NeedleArts Appraisal Program, the process for appraising personal property and the U.S. Standards for the profession. The main discussion focuses on the “keys” to appraising needlework, including identifying characteristics of value and the use of value ranking to pinpoint value.
